Before starting the quote process, you should check if your policy allows "Choice of Repairer" as this may only be offered as a paid optional extra. If your insurer has a “Preferred Repairer” you may need to make a special request to go elsewhere. You should also check if you have an “Excess” applicable. Excess is the payable gap if you are in an at fault accident or for nature inflicted incidents such as hail and flood damage. The excess amount must either be paid or waived before a vehicle can leave our shop. Once the claim is started, we take care of everything else and keep you informed along the way!
